Athletics
Gwinnett County recognizes the following sports for middle school:
Boy's Basketball: 6th - 8th Grade Boys
Girl's Basketball: 6th - 8th Grade Girls
Cheerleading: 6th - 8th Grade Students
Cross Country: 6th - 8th Grade Students
Soccer: 6th - 8th Grade Students
Volleyball: 6th - 8th Grade Girls
- Only academically eligible 6th - 8th grade students may try out.
- Physicals and Paperwork must be completed prior to Tryouts.
- All Physicals and Paperwork will be completed ONLINE using the website/app RANKONE.COM

Fill out registration info and all paperwork prior to arriving!

Please bring a copy of your Medical History Form (First 2 pages of the Physical Form) and the Shared Emergency Information (Page 4 of the Physical Form).
