Registration

Parents of international students must call the International Newcomers Center for an appointment at 678-985-5200.  This should be done prior to enrolling at Gwinnett County Public Schools.

If you are coming from another Gwinnett County School, you must first withdraw from the originating school.  Once you obtain the withdrawal form (from the originating school), complete a K-12 Status Change Form, upload any required documents to ParentVUE, and call NGMS to make arrangements to complete the registration process.

Students who have previously attended a GCPS school at any point in their academic career already have a student ID number and are considered re-enrolling students.  Parents of these students should already have a ParentVue account (previously known as Parent Portal account) and should access their account to begin the on-line registration.  If you need assistance in accessing your ParentVUE account, please contact the school.
